We’re Willow Flour—a husband-and-wife team (and parents of three) who believe food should bring joy, not stress. Our mission is simple: to offer a better kind of flour to families looking for a more natural, more nourishing alternative.
After struggling with modern wheat flour ourselves, our family discovered traditionally milled French flour and experienced an immediate difference.
Today, we're proud to bring that same flour to kitchens across the U.S. so families can enjoy meaningful moments around the table with ingredients they feel good about.
