A Family Business Built on Faith, Flour, and a Love for Better Living​​
We’re Willow Flour—a husband-and-wife team (and parents of three) who believe food should bring joy, not stress. Our mission is simple: to offer a better kind of flour to families looking for a more natural, more nourishing alternative.

It all started when we began noticing how modern wheat was affecting our health. The discomfort. The brain fog. The heaviness after eating even the simplest meals.

Then we found flour imported from France—and everything changed.
The Difference Was Immediate
The bread rose beautifully.
Our kids felt better.
Our home smelled like real food again.

French flour is different. The wheat is grown in nutrient-rich soil, naturally lower in gluten, and milled without the harsh additives common in American flour. The French treat flour with care and intention—and it shows.

We felt the difference. We tasted it. And we knew: we had to share this.

​We started Willow Flour to make that same experience accessible to other families—those navigating gluten sensitivities, reading labels more closely, or simply trying to make more intentional choices at home.
